Memory & Storage
Out of the box, it comes equipped with 16 GB of DDR4 ECC SODIMM system memory (pre-installed as a 2 × 8 GB configuration). It features 4 memory slots in total, allowing for an upgrade up to a maximum capacity of 48 GB ($2 \times 8\text{ GB} + 2 \times 16\text{ GB}$). The heavy-duty enclosure features 12 hot-swappable primary drive bays supporting 3.5-inch SATA hard drives, 2.5-inch SATA HDDs, and 2.5-inch SATA SSDs. It can be expanded up to 36 total drive bays using two DX1222 expansion units via Mini-SAS HD ports.
Connectivity & Interfaces
For robust enterprise networking, the rear panel features dual built-in 10GbE RJ-45 LAN ports alongside dual standard 1GbE RJ-45 LAN ports and a dedicated Out-of-Band (OOB) management LAN port. It includes two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports and houses one PCIe Gen 3 x8 expansion slot (with x8 link), which can be used to add high-speed M.2 NVMe SSD adapter cards or 25GbE network interface cards.
